About the Public Safety Training Council of America (PSTCOA)

The purpose of the Council is to (a) provide information to public safety personnel of all types and (b) establish guidelines and standards for the training of these personnel.

Mission Statement

Our mission: It is the mission of the Council to be an advocate for public safety employees through education, training and advocacy.  We inform and educate members and the public to foster a harmonious relationship, and encourage/promote professionalism of all public safety employees.
